Marriage licenses are issued and recorded in the County Clerk’s office.

• Issued Monday - Friday – 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Both parties must be 18 years or older and have one of the following:
  • State issued ID
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Passport, Visa (not expired)
  • Military ID

• The cost is $60.00 cash only (no checks or $100.00 bills please)
• Certified copies of Marriage Licenses are available for $5.00
• Ministers credentials must be recorded in the State of Arkansas
