Insurance Claims and Pay Date Changes
A letter has been drafted for employees to send to providers/collection agencies if you are contacted about unpaid insurance claims. Please let us know if you need a copy of this letter.
We also need employees to submit information on your unpaid claims, mainly the dollar amounts.
Quorum Court has approved that our payday will be changing with the 2nd payroll in June. Instead of getting paid on Tuesday, June 16th, employees will be paid on Friday, June 19th. We will continue to be paid every other week on Friday after that.
The purpose of this change is to allow employees to completely finish working a pay period before filling out and submitting timesheets. After June 19th, timesheets will be due to Payroll by Tuesdays at 10 a.m. following the end of the pay period.
Please use these next few weeks to prepare your automated drafts, automated bill-pay schedules, and bank accounts for this upcoming change.
