Assessor's Office Closed to Public
Mississippi County takes the COVID-19 outbreak seriously and is taking precautions to prevent its spread at county offices. The Assessor's office will be closed to the public in Burdette, Osceola, Manila, and Leachville. All other offices will continue to conduct business as usual.
If anyone needs to conduct business in the Assessor's office, such as renewing tags for 2020, they will have to assess over the phone. If citizens have already assessed for 2020 and have their assessment copy, that will work for all the vehicles listed on there for the entire year. For first-time, lapse of years, or new to Mississippi County assessments, citizens can fax or scan and email their information. The office requires a bill of sale on any new purchase. This is a new policy implemented at the beginning of the year following the requirements of other Arkansas counties. To assess online, citizens can email their info to email@example.com . If you have a new purchase and are new to the county, please email firstname.lastname@example.org . Citizens can email their real estate info to email@example.com or fax it to (870) 763-5151.
If citizens have any questions or wish to do their assessment over the phone, please call during office hours, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m... Contact information for each location is listed below:
